PAK DENIAL
KARACHI, Oct. 31–The Pakistan Foreign Office denied here yesterday that it had been approached by Moscow for permission for a Soviet Air Force plane with Air Marshal Pavel Koutakhov on board, to fly over Pakistan on its way to India, reports UNI.
The Ministry was referring to agency reports that the Soviet Air Force chief had been refused such permission. It was not aware of any such request from the Soviet Government, the Ministry said.
