Ava Maiti to tour world in support of Bangladesh
Miss Ava Maiti, President of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Associations and Clubs of India, will shortly visit various friendly countries to mobilise public opinion there for quick alleviation of the sufferings of the people of Bangladesh, says PTI.
During her month-long tour, starting in the first week of July with a visit to Edmonton (Canada) where she will address a meeting of the International Federation of business and professional women, Miss Maiti will visit Thailand, Japan, U.A.R. U.K. Switzerland, Germany, the U. S. A. and Canada.
